High Speed Large Capacity Dynamic Balancing Machine is a necessary test equipment to guarantee the balancing quality under high rotation condition for rigid or flexible rotary components in the manufacturing or maintenance of large turbine, electric generator, water pump or blower industry, etc. To reduce the driving power, and reduce the heat of the rotor, the said tests are executed in a specially sealed, and explosion proof vacuum chamber. Provided with different pedestal device, the maximum weight of the rotor to be tested could be 20T ~ 250T, the maximum balancing speed may reach 7200rpm ~ 2160rpm respectively. All the main large turbine manufacturing works and most of the large electric generator making works and related factories in China are equipped with such High Speed Large Capacity Dynamic Balancing Machine.

Our country has more than 30 years experience in the manufacturing of medium and small scale balancing equipment. Beginning from the 80’s, based on the experience of importing foreign equipment, we completed research, design, and manufacturing of series of large capacity high-speed dynamic balancing machine. For example, the 200T capacity high speed dynamic balancing lab completed in 1984 in Shanghai Turbine Works is of our own design and adopted domestic made equipment. Other examples are 25T high speed dynamic balancing lab in Nanjing Turbine Works, and 250T high speed dynamic balancing lab in Dongfang Turbine Works. 

   At the request of a customer in Iran, we provided design and complete equipment of an 80 T high speed dynamic balancing equipment, and the said balancing lab has been put into use since 2000. The balancing lab in Iran is a symbol that the designing and manufacturing capability of large scale high speed dynamic balancing equipment in China has been matured, and China has full capability of organizing an export project for the said equipment.
