We provide the specialized service for customers. In this our service department, there are 10 service engineers, including 4 people for receiving the visitors and answering the phone call for advisory services; 6 people for full-time repairing outside all over the country even the world. Meanwhile based on the business requirement, we also have 3 engineers; 3 senior technical masters from technical department to repair go outside whenever necessary. Our main service as following: 1、Technical advice: to resolve the various problems in the process of operating, provide ideas and ways to solve the problem through the phone call or after customer’s visiting. 2、Outside repairing: we provide on-site system preventative maintenance, the new machine install and commissioning, carry out “three-promise” policy, repairing problems face to face, and provide calibration verifying for old or new machines, improving our service greatly. 3、Accessories: we provide all the accessories which attached to our machines, and we provide the design and manufacture for any fixtures and tools upon customer’s requirements. 4、Training: every season we will hold the training courses for balancing technology. Also according to the customers demand, we can hold universal material testing machinery training courses. In the special cases, the training place and time will be chosen by the customer if necessary. 5、Our quality of strategy: customer oriented, persisting in improving, hankering for the better. |
