Sino-German joint Venture Schenck-Shanghai Testing Machinery Corp., Ltd. is predecessor of Shanghai Schiak Testing Machinery Co., Ltd. Now rename and reopening after purchase all the 50% shares from German Schenck is an important landmark to show our courage and determination from an independent and industrious company.
In the morning, September 16th, 2007, formal ceremony has been held in the company area. As a professional manufacturing enterprise in the field of balancing machine and testing machine, New Schiak has been supported and concerned by a lot of trades. At 9:30AM the guests arrive at one after another, before we start the ceremony at 10:30AM, there are more than sixty guests from Shanghai political circles, Shanghai business circles and Shanghai testing machinery industry.
The ceremony has 3 agendas. Firstly 2 leaders made speech. One is Mr. Zhou Zhiyan, as the G.M, board chairman, from Shanghai Industry Investment Corporation and Shanghai Schiak Testing Machinery Company Ltd. and the other is Ｍr. Shen Henan, the party secretary and executive director from Shanghai Machine Tool Group, also the vice Board Chairman from Shanghai Schiak Testing Machinery Co., Ltd. They appraise highly towards the staff’s intelligent and industrious in the company and give some advises and wishes too.
Then with firecrackers, two leaders unveiled the nameplate of Shanghai Schiak Testing Machinery Co., Ltd.
Finally Mrs. Xu Hong, the Party Secretary and Mr. Fan Kexiong, the GM of Shanghai Schiak Testing Machinery Company Ltd made speech.
