1, Construction Rebuild

The new working place located in NO.35 Yong Feng Road, Songjiang District of Shanghai. The location area is two times than the place we now work at. New buildings are administration building, R&D center, high-speed dynamic balancing machine’s laboratory, manufacturing plants, marketing building, information and networks building and other basic buildings. The total construction area is 22658m², cost of 16million yuan. After completion of the project it will arrive at the modern enterprise standards.

2, New Equipments

Purchasing large CNC equipment with more than 38 million yuan, in order to improve the processing capacity for heavy-duty parts. Meanwhile, seven sets lifting equipments from 5ton to 32 ton and one 25ton flat car and other equipments will have purchased. At present, all the Purchase Orders have been sent and all the vendors start into the manufacture stage based on the signed contracts..

New equipments (lies in push requirements of our country, domestic excellent enterprises are our first choice).

1，TH6920/L100 landing boring and milling processing center(diameter of boring bar isφ200, working platform is 3500mm×4000mm, load of the platform is 60ton).

2, DBC-130 horizontal boring and milling processing center(diameter of boring bar is φ130mm, working platform is 1600mm×1800mm, load of the desk is 15ton ).

3, XKA2130×80 digital control moving beam gantry boring and milling machine(working platform 3m×8m, load of the platform is 1200kg/m).

4，B2020D×60 gantry planer（working platform2m×6m, load of the platform is 20ton ）.

5, CX5225 double pillars digital display vertical lathe(diameter of working platform is φ2250mm, max height of work pieces is 1600mm ).

Above five equipments totally cost 32million yuan.

3, The Started and Finished Date

According the plan, the designing work of the project should be finished in June 2009, construction start in July of the same year, and it needs five months what is expected for all the working stage, it will be going done at the end of this year., the equipment will be already in succession at the first season in 2010, in the second season it will be ready to start in operation.

Before the new working place put into service, the original place located in No.735 Liyang Road and No.360 Qingyun Road will be still open for holding the responsibility of technical developing, production and sales continually.
