Recently, some competitors spread rumors to destroy our reputation in order to occupy more marketing shares and to confuse customers. We realized it is time for us to strengthen our marketing promotion policy in maintain our enterprise image, especially during these special days. So hereby we have to clarify the facts to the customers and friends with updating our situation nowadays with the report of our developing project here after.
In May of 2007, Shanghai Electric Group Corp. Ltd. purchase all shares from German Schenck with 30million RMB, together with Electric Industry Corp. Ltd. become our 2 investors. Then Shanghai Schenck Testing Machinery Corp., Ltd. has reformed to a state-owned enterprise, rename as Shanghai Schiak Testing Machinery Co,. Ltd.
In order to create a top rank balancing machines and testing machines manufacturer with own-property rights, large-tonnage, high-precision and large-scale in China, Shanghai Electric Group Corp. Ltd establish a project named relocation and the technical transformation with huge fund investment. After this project implement, our company will get more then RMB 69 million to movement, rebuilt the plant and purchase the modern equipments. In addition, we will have a brand-new land with 22658m2 area which located in No. 35, Yongfeng Road ,Songjiang District of Shanghai. So all in all, the project investment is over RMB 1 billion.
Now, designing of the project has finished(drawings as follows), new equipments have come to manufacturing stage, and it will be finished at the end of this year, put in operation in first season of 2010. When the transformation and movement finished, we will have two wings in our modern business. One is large speed-balancing machine business, the other is automatic balancing machine and material testing machine with large tonnage and high-precision business. As a developed enterprise, we will play a leading role in business as modern manufactory and a supplementary role in service and related industry business. In progressive development, our company will turn to a research and developing base with high technology in order to make positive efforts and ensure the national brand upgrade continuously.
The overall relocation and the technical transformation project will enhance our technology and equipment capabilities, manufacturing capacity, product quality and environment to an unprecedented level.
